I finished up my semester just the other day. My last final was on Tuesday and I think most all of my finals went well this year. I still haven’t found out my grades, but I should be able to on Sunday. Speaking of Sunday, that is Pennsylvania College of Technology’s company picnic at Knoebels. I am hoping that it won’t rain; otherwise it will be a waste on so many levels. Not only will it be a waste of time to travel down there only to find out that rides are shutting down because of the rain, but it will also be a waste of money considering that if the rides are closing because of the rain, the only thing there will be to do is eat the park food. And if you know me well, I love to eat, so it will be waste of money also. The one ride that will stay open is the haunted house, which is one of my favorite rides in the park. Hopefully I can convince Amanda to ride it again this year and get her to keep her eyes open for the whole thing.

Jumping back to the topic of education, like I said, I finished the semester on Tuesday, but being the idiot that I am, I decided to take a summer course. I was smart enough to take the course as a distance learning class, however, it started the day after the semester ended, and goes until the next semester begins. It isn’t like I expect the class to be a lot of work; it is just the idea that I didn’t get a “break” from college at all in between semesters. It means I will have been in classes from the beginning of January until Christmas break in December. Just the thought annoys me.
